The question
Good benefits deserve more attention
Many organisations have interesting benefits, but communicate about them only to a limited extent. They sit somewhere on the careers site, get a brief mention in a vacancy or can only be found in the staff handbook.
As a result, a significant part of what you have to offer as an employer stays underexposed.
With Benefits Content we make benefits visible in a way that matches how people consume information today: short, creative and visual.
Why this matters
Make benefits part of your employer story
Benefits say a lot about who you are as an employer. They show what you stand for, what you value and what employees can expect from you. Video makes it possible to tell that story in an accessible, engaging way. Not just by explaining which schemes exist, but by showing what they mean in practice. Benefits Content can thereby contribute to:
More visibility for existing benefits
More awareness and appreciation among employees
A stronger employer brand
Distinctiveness towards potential candidates
More attention for the benefits that make you special
Content that can be used across internal and external channels
Our approach
From benefit to story
We combine our substantive knowledge of benefits with creative concept development and professional video production.
- 01
Selection
Together we determine which benefits and stories deserve extra attention. We look at what is distinctive, relevant or not yet visible enough.
- 02
Creative concept
We translate the selected topics into creative video ideas that fit your organisation and audience. Informative where needed, provocative or humorous where possible.
- 03
Script & preparation
We develop the concepts into concrete scripts and prepare the production.
- 04
Production
Together with our regular production partner we bring the concepts to life professionally. Filming generally takes place at your organisation and, where appropriate, your own employees play a role.
- 05
Delivery
After filming we take care of the full post-production and deliver the videos in different formats for use across channels.

Process & timeline
How does Benefits Content work?
We start by determining the topics and creative direction. We then develop the concepts and scripts and prepare the production day together. Where possible the content is filmed in one production day. Editing, feedback and final delivery follow.
The exact lead time depends on, among other things, the complexity of the concepts and how quickly planning, employees, location and feedback can be coordinated.
The desired lead time is always open for discussion.
Indicative investment
What does Benefits Content cost?
The investment depends on the size and complexity of the desired content production. The standard package covers the full process from concept development and scripts to professional production and delivery of five short videos around five highlighted benefits. Additional wishes, such as extra videos, additional shooting days, external locations or external actors/extras, can of course be added and are budgeted separately in advance.
